Proposed Change in Visa Fees

Proposed Increase in Visa Fees
On December 14, 2009, a proposed rule was published in the Federal Register that would increase the required processing fee for most Non-Immigrant Visa’s to $140 USD for adults and $14 USD for minors. Fees for H visas and other petition based visas would increase to $150 USD and E visas would increase to $390 USD.
