U.S. Consulate Nuevo Laredo does not process any Immigrant Visa applications. All immigrant visas and non-immigrant visas that ultimately result in immigrant status (i.e., K's and V's) for the country of Mexico are processed at U.S. Consulate General Ciudad Juarez.
