SOME SUGGESTIONS FOR PROOF OF U.S. PHYSICAL PRESENCE
ORIGINAL AND ONE COPY
1. School records from the U.S. showing years studied and address you had at that time (school transcripts).
2. Church records indicating you/your parents was/were active members of a congregation in the U.S.
3. Birth/baptismal certificates of brothers and sisters born in the U.S. while you/your parents resided there.
4. Documents showing dates you/your parents moved to Mexico.
5. Employer’s records furnishing years of employment and the address you had at that time and pay stubs.
6. Social Security statements furnishing earnings paid or accumulated (More Detailed Earnings Information- form SSA-7050-F3) which can be obtained from: Social Security Administration, 300 North Greene Street, Baltimore, MD 21201
7. U.S. poll-tax receipts of previous years.
8. Evidence of U.S. Military Service (Discharge).
9. Income tax returns.
10. Payroll receipts, insurance policies, driving licenses, identity cards, and any other document that establishes you were in the United States at that time.
